My mission is to redefine menopause as a time of growth, empowerment, and wellness.
When I entered perimenopause in my early 40s, I was completely caught off guard. As a busy mom juggling work, family, and endless obligations, I ignored the creeping anxiety, heart palpitations, achy joints, gut issues, and low libido—all symptoms I later connected to shifting hormones. It was confusing, frustrating, and left me feeling like my body was failing me.
But instead of giving up, I got curious.
That curiosity led me on a journey of self-discovery. I explored yoga, therapy, life coaching, and eventually, menopause coaching. Over the past decade, I’ve cultivated self-awareness, self-love, and a newfound appreciation for my body.
A big part of my transformation came from shifting my mindset. I had to let go of what I thought I knew about my body and embrace a new way of thinking about aging. Instead of resisting the changes, I learned to work with them—and it changed everything.
The exercise routines that used to work for me? They needed to evolve.
The “healthy” diet I thought I was following? It wasn’t serving my body anymore.
Through trial, error, and education, I learned how to move, fuel, and care for my body in ways that actually worked. Today, I feel stronger, healthier, and more confident than ever—and I’m here to help you achieve the same transformation.

My Journey
Growing up in Michigan, I didn’t have a foundation of healthy eating. Like many, I had to figure out how to nourish my body properly as I got older. It was a journey of trial and error, but one that taught me the importance of nutrition in living a strong, healthy life.
In my mid-30s, my body started sending me signals I didn’t understand. I was diagnosed with IBS, and along the way, I experienced a host of seemingly random symptoms: tinnitus, vertigo, joint pain, fatigue, and brain fog. These symptoms didn’t appear all at once but came and went, making it hard to see any connection. I spent years trying to piece together the puzzle, bouncing from doctor to doctor, searching for answers. It was frustrating and overwhelming to feel so out of control in my own body.
By my early 40s, I began to realize there was a thread connecting these symptoms—menopause. But I didn’t know enough to recognize it at the time. Like so many women, I felt lost and dismissed, struggling to get anyone to take my concerns seriously. This experience made me determined to prevent others from going through the same uncertainty and isolation.
Movement has always been a part of my life, but as I dug deeper into understanding menopause, I realized how crucial it was to strengthen my body, especially as I aged. I didn’t want brittle bones, falls, or frailty to define my future. I wanted strength, confidence, and resilience. That’s when I truly embraced learning how to move and nourish my body in ways that supported longevity and vitality.
Out of my own experiences, frustrations, and education, I created this business. My mission is rooted in what I’ve learned through my journey, paired with a growing need for more people to understand menopause in a simple, accessible way. Women deserve clear, actionable guidance and a supportive community to help them thrive during this phase of life.
For over 20 years, I’ve been passionate about women’s health, and my own journey has brought that passion into sharp focus. Menopause isn’t an end; it’s a beginning. A time to thrive, redefine, and reclaim our wellness and empowerment.
